PSYCHOTHERAPY MEDITATION EMOTIONAL AWARENESS
I offer Individual Psychotherapy and Couples Counselling. I have a humanistic approach to therapy and also draw upon mindfulness and body-oriented awareness practices.
In my workshops and retreats I draw upon humanistic psychology and philosophy to explore common human challenges with the aim of raising our emotional understanding of ourselves and others.
I hold classes on emotional awareness, mindfulness and meditation. Most classes involve a short talk introducing the topic, an emotional awareness group exercise, and an integrative meditation.
